We made a call to Dilling this morning regarding the heat distribution in our home and ended up needing a new HVAC system due to its age. Although we were not expecting the cost, the Dilling team was OUTSTANDING in helping us obtain a system which comfortably met our needs at an affordable price. Sending out MAJOR KUDOS to our service tech Levi and our financing specialist Robert for going above and beyond the call of duty. They TRULY made us feel like we were more than a customer and that our needs and satisfaction were MOST Important. Our installation will happen tomorrow. I feel JUST as confident in the installation team 😊. Well done and thank you Dilling team 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽Part 2:I have an UPDATE!!! The installation of my new HVAC system was completed on Saturday by two OUTSTANDING Dilling techs (Steven aka ‘Big Country’ and Jacob) and threw was ABSOLUTELY ZERO FALLOFF in the Dilling team’s service and commitment to EXCELLENCE!!! They were on time, showed extra care to avoid damage to our indoor environment as well as outside property, left everything clean and as it was when they arrived, answered any concerns/questions we had and had us in a warm home with minimal discomfort. Cody was the best technician I have ever had come to my house to repair some thing. I have waited for over a month and a half for my local HVAC repair man and when I called Dilling, they told me they could come out the next day and a few hours later, the boss called me and asked if I wanted them to come out today, I said yes. I was sent a picture of who was coming. With a distribution of who he is. Cody called me when he was on his way to my house. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Upon arrival I showed him where everything was and he got to work immediately. Cody fixed what he could at a reasonable price told me what was wrong how we could avoid it in the future and made me feel very comfortable. I have never been treated with so much respect, honesty, and consideration. Cody deserves a raise. Thank you again for answering the phone and getting here so fast. I will be telling every person I know about this company!Since this review I have had 2 more excellent experiences! Maynor was beyond nice and so was the other electrical guys. They made me feel like I had know them for years. Everyone with this company is outstanding! Keep up the great work! I will be doing business with this company for years to come!

We had an issue with our wall outlet for twist-plug and immediately called Dilling’s for service and asked for the earliest possible and they scheduled us the next day and early morning. Amazing fast scheduling! They sent Roderick as our technician, and he did an excellent and quick service. He is very knowledgeable to fix our concerns.
