Our History

In 1939, John B. Dilling was apprenticed to a master sheet metal mechanic at Cannon Mills in Kannapolis. By 1957, Dilling Heating had installed its first commercial heating and cooling system. This gas furnace is still in use today. In 1960, twin sons David and Danny joined the business, and by 1974, Dilling Heating became an HVAC installation company focused on servicing new and existing homes. In 2015, Dilling Heating was bought by co-owners Michael Gulledge and Ed Kijewski, but the commitment to quality work remains the same. With over six decades of experience under our belts, we’re proud to serve the communities of the following counties:
