I had my spring maintenance completed by Dilling and they do an absolute thorough job! They cleaned everything and tested the heat and AC. They did a thorough inspection to check for any issues. Dilling now provides plumbing service which is the service they provided for me today. They are wonderful! The receptionist promptly scheduled my service the same day. It was so refreshing for the technician to expertly, efficiently and knowledgeably repair exactly what was needed and not try to sell me something else. Kenny, the technician, was professional, courteous, kind and fair. This is the company that I will now always call for plumbing, heating and cooling. I highly recommend them!

Heat went out on a holiday weekend and Dilling was there same day. The service tech explained what he found and made the repair on the spot. The day before, I called a different company and they tried to convince me I needed to replace the entire system. Glad I got a send opinion from an honest company!!! They just earned all my business and all my referrals.

Our air went out two days ago. I looked up heating and air repair and Dillons H&A came up and I noticed the high ratings. When I called they promptly answered. She told she could have a tech out here in a few hours. Well, they actually showed up in an hour. He went and worked and inspected my system. Unfortunately it’s to old to do anything with so he set me an appointment up with a salesman. This is where it went really well. We met with Matt and Chris. They were very knowledgeable about their products. They explained everything to us in a language we could understand. Did not push us in making a decision and now they are coming back in two days to install a brand new system. Ask about the new lease program. Great experience!!

Our heat/ac unit went out during a power outage.I called Dilling and they had technician Wes out at my home at 8am the next morning.Wes diagnosed issues with my very lld unit and kept me informed the whole time working.Wes put me in touch with Ross who set up payment options for me.Ross stayed busy the whole afternoon untill be got me thru to a finance company for my loan.(Did I mention this was Friday before Christamas?)Ross kept in touch even when I was driving to work that night.Wes even brought 2 portable heaters back to my house to use until they installed new system.Very good,professional employees.

Dilling’s skilled installers removed degraded and damaged ducts from crawlspace, installed new ducts and a “boot” required on one. The difference in the ability of our furnace and central air conditioner to maintain proper temperatures quickly and economically is now well-proved. 5 stars.

Wess from Dilling Heating and Air came out due to our heating system not working at all. He was a very nice person and very easy to understand what the problem is. We are waiting on the salesman to come out this evening to set up the plans and appointment to have a new system installed. Dilling Heating and Air is very fortunate to have such a smart young man for an employee! Dylan was great too! He explained all the options to us in a way we could easily understand. You guys are very lucky to have them both!!

Air Force did a great job of installing a new hot water heater, expansion tank and water pressure relief valve. Air Force was very professional and knowledgeable as he carefully went about his work. I was very pleased with his work as he communicated with me throughout the installation regarding what stage of work he was doing. Electrician Vince did a quick and clean job of installing our ceiling fan in our family room. Within an hour we were up and running. He also checked out other electrical system and fire safety aspects of the overall condition of our 60 year old home and made good suggestions for upgrades while providing and reasonable estimate for what it will cost. We definitely will use and recommend Dilling electrical services in the future.

Water heater replacement. Chris came out promptly and gave us accurate quote on Friday, and followed up that day with our additional questions. Install was the following Monday.
