I just had Roger at my home to install an outlet for my television. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely nice to be around. He explained everything in great detail to me and I decided to let him go ahead and put one outlet in that I needed above my fireplace. He did the job quickly and neatly and explained everything that he did and I’m very happy with the final outcome. . I highly recommend using this company for your electrical needs.

Coldest night of 2024 when our 29 year old heat pump froze early on Saturday morning. Called Dilling Heating and Cooling and by 4pm Service Tech Levi came to access the problem. Obviously we needed a new one and we were anxious over the entire process, especially the expense of a brand new unit.We were completely impressed with Levi. His customer service was outstanding, as well as his honesty and understanding of our situation. He made the entire process a very pleasant and painless experience. Levi patiently explained the financing, fabulous warranties Dilling offered and what type of equipment I required. New heat pump being installed on Tuesday. Levi even offered us space heaters to keep us warm until then. I highly recommend Dilling Heating and Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical. When it's time to replace my hotwater heater, I will definitely be calling Dilling. I wouldn't trust anyone else and you shouldn't either.

The furnace on one of our systems had stopped working on a cold day and I didn’t notice until around 3:00. I called and they had someone here by 5:15. David was courteous, thorough and got it fixed and working. He was a newer tech and was unsure of what actually caused the part to fail and instead of just leaving, he explained the issue and offered to have a more senior tech come out and look at it for another set of eyes. Excellent way to handle it and build trust. Well done.

Had an issue moving our dryer into our “new” home and wasn’t sure if it was the dryer or the outlet, etc. called dilling and they sent Jacob Huffman out. He came pretty quick after the inquiry call and was able to assess the issue being an electrical issue and offered us solutions. We were able to get it fixed and he also provided us options for the future on things that we could do to improve the homes electrical health.

I just used Dilling Electric for the 1st time. They are hands-down the best, most knowledgeable electricians I have ever used. Brad Wessels is absolutely terrific- he installed an exterior door light where none existed before- he found a much better way to do this than another electrician had proposed. He also added new interior electric switches that add to the safety and security of my property, using some simple tech that I was not aware of. He also offered 3 different options and costs in his original proposal so I had choices about what I wanted to do and how much to spend. I had also asked him to check on a smoke detector alarm that was not part of the original job. He came back to take care of that item though it was past his quitting time. Dilling is lucky to have such a talented and hard working electrician! I will be sure to use them again in the future!

Trent Childers came out and serviced my unit for the winter season. He called beforehand to confirm, arrived on time, covered his boots before stepping into the home, and made me aware of additional services offered as a courtesy like replacing filters. During the appointment I had to join several "Zoom" calls for work so I appreciated his professionalism. Most importantly he did a thorough job, explained what he did, and left no traces that he was ever there. Did I mention arrived on time, did a thorough job, and finished promptly? I will be requesting Trent as my technician for my next service appointment.Overall, I'm pleased with Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for residential Electrical and/or HVAC services.
