**Make sure you sign for the product and receive the product and warranty information in writing prior to sealing the deal. **We have been Dilling customers for a year and a half. Unfortunately in that time we have had to buy a new furnace and a new AC. When we bought the furnace we decided to buy the deluxe and the salesman had me sign for the item and provided me with a certificate for the warranties we had agreed upon and there were no surprises.This time around for the AC, we were told that we could opt for the $8,000 basic, the $11,100 deluxe or the $11,800 hybrid. The hybrid came with 10 year no lemon as well as labor and parts, so we decided to go with that option. I had to leave for a doctor's appointment and my husband finished up with them. Two days later the guys came to install the product. I never received any paperwork so I asked for a receipt and on the receipt I was surprised that we were billed for $800 more than the price we had agreed upon and that I had seen with my own eyes on the tablet. It also only had a 5 year labor warranty instead of 10 and a 5 year no lemon instead of 10. We also were not refunded for the $80 service call. Also, when the AC is running it still has a mechanical smell a week later. We did finally get it worked out and were provided a refund for the difference. Make sure you're clear on the warranty info upfront. We do still have a mechanical smell when the AC is running but someone will be coming out to take a look.

Rusty was an ultimate pro. Inspected my electrical problem, offered suggestions, and advised me on the best way to solve it. Looking forward to him coming back to do the work. Would recommend him and Dilling to anyone. Now that Rusty has came and did the work,I couldn't be happier. He basically rewired the house, put all new switches and outlets, a new panel and breakers, all in 3 days. One day was up in the attic, sweating his tail off. You get what you pay for with Rusty and Dilling.

Simply can’t say enough about our electrician Rusty Russell. He called to introduce himself and let us know when to expect him. He was punctual, courteous, informative and professional. His inspection, diagnosis and corrective actions were spot on. We knew what to expect, when to expect it, and he kept us updated throughout the process. We had substantial electrical issues due to an electrical surge; however, Rusty repaired and resolved everything.
