Our air went out two days ago. I looked up heating and air repair and Dillons H&A came up and I noticed the high ratings. When I called they promptly answered. She told she could have a tech out here in a few hours. Well, they actually showed up in an hour. He went and worked and inspected my system. Unfortunately it’s to old to do anything with so he set me an appointment up with a salesman. This is where it went really well. We met with Matt and Chris. They were very knowledgeable about their products. They explained everything to us in a language we could understand. Did not push us in making a decision and now they are coming back in two days to install a brand new system. Ask about the new lease program. Great experience!!

Our heat/ac unit went out during a power outage.I called Dilling and they had technician Wes out at my home at 8am the next morning.Wes diagnosed issues with my very lld unit and kept me informed the whole time working.Wes put me in touch with Ross who set up payment options for me.Ross stayed busy the whole afternoon untill be got me thru to a finance company for my loan.(Did I mention this was Friday before Christamas?)Ross kept in touch even when I was driving to work that night.Wes even brought 2 portable heaters back to my house to use until they installed new system.Very good,professional employees.

Electrician Vince did a quick and clean job of installing our ceiling fan in our family room. Within an hour we were up and running. He also checked out other electrical system and fire safety aspects of the overall condition of our 60 year old home and made good suggestions for upgrades while providing and reasonable estimate for what it will cost.
