Here’s hoping this is the last one I’ll ever need.I had another company come out to give me a price, but it was way out of my budget. Thankfully, I reached out to Dilling HVAC, a company I’d worked with before. They’d once come out to inspect a system in a separate building on my property and didn’t even charge me for the visit—so I knew I could trust them.Their quote was budget-friendly, and to my surprise, the work was done the very next day! I reached out to Dilling to assist with our clothes dryer that stopped working. It turned out that the outlet panel needed to be replaced in the laundry closet. Brad was friendly and very thorough with his assessment and communicating the issue and solutions that would best fit my situation. Roderick also arrived to help assist with moving our stackable washer and dryer from the small laundry closet. They both worked efficiently to repair the outlet, tested the cords and hoses (even took the time to show me exactly what they were seeing), ensuring the dryer was up and running properly. Fair pricing and A+ service from this company.

Luc Dillahunt was a great representation of Dilling Heating, Cooling,... Upon his arrival he was very polite and didn't know all down about his recommendations. I was looking to have a transfer kit installed for a generator along with a outlet added in my garage. After his inspection he explained everything and broke it all down. Opposed to just saying what all steps were needed to complete what I wanted done he broke everything down to my level (no electrical experience). Upon providing me pricing he gave me a professional opinion on which steps he would recommend first and they were not just based on what would cost the most. I am definitely using them and would recommend to have any electrical work done. SN: The company does not charge $100+ for a trip fee like most other companies.

Cody was the best technician I have ever had come to my house to repair some thing. I have waited for over a month and a half for my local HVAC repair man and when I called Dilling, they told me they could come out the next day and a few hours later, the boss called me and asked if I wanted them to come out today, I said yes. I was sent a picture of who was coming. With a distribution of who he is. Cody called me when he was on his way to my house. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Upon arrival I showed him where everything was and he got to work immediately. Cody fixed what he could at a reasonable price told me what was wrong how we could avoid it in the future and made me feel very comfortable. I have never been treated with so much respect, honesty, and consideration. Cody deserves a raise. Thank you again for answering the phone and getting here so fast. I will be telling every person I know about this company!
