Trey was an absolute joy to work with! He stayed quiet so my son could sleep. When he woke up (on his own) he showed him pics of our HVAC and answered his endless questions. They even fist pumped over their love of Spiderman. A lot of people get frustrated and impatient with him but Trey was so kind and helpful. I love this company and can’t say enough good things about them. They really care about their customers and no matter who comes, they always leave feeling like family. I truly can’t recommend them enough!

This was my first time working with this company and I have nothing but great things to say. We are closing on our home when a leak began after moving our refrigerator with less than 24 hours before we were supposed to be out. In a panic we called Dilling and they graciously said they would work us in around the end of the day on a Saturday nonetheless. Patrick was able to arrive early, explained everything clear, fixed our leak quickly and efficiently and even left the area clean and tidy. This is my first experience with Dilling, and it was a great experience! Another HVAC company that I had been using for over 10 years and had a maintenance contract recommended that we replace a heatpump system that they installed only 8 years ago. Replacement costs were much higher than I expected, so I wanted to get a second opinion, and I'm glad I went with Dilling. The technician from Dilling, Daniel, found some things that the other HVAC company had done wrong and corrected the problems. Our system is now working properly. Daniel did recommend an overhaul kit due to the age of our heat pump, but did not recommend replacement as did the other company. The overhaul kit recommended by Daniel was far, far less expensive than a system replacement. After this experience, I promptly fired my old HVAC company, and hired Dilling!
