Daniel Grichanichenko Is the freaking man! Our HVAC went out, out of nowhere and the house was 80. He got here quick and even came late on a Thursday night. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, also was very respectful and shot it to me straight. Went above and beyond to get me taken care of and get me a great deal on new unit and repair. 10/10 will call him again for any future jobs.

BRAD AND LEVI SAVED THE DAY !!!! I was just wanting an estimate but came fully prepared to do the job. Talk about first impressions!!! Really impressed and really satisfied with the service.

Unfortunately, my 9yo AC unit decided to call it quits at the beginning of a beautiful NC Spring where the humidity is high and a heat wave is in the forecast. We have been on a service contract with Dilling since our original unit (not installed by Dilling) first started acting up.

Today was the day that my wife and I have been dreading for years!! AC unit is done!

Luckily, I called Dilling at 3pm and a tech was on-site by 4:30.. Turning around after receiving the call.. Daniel decided to take the service call even though he was only minutes away from being at home with his family after a long day.

Driving just over an hour to get here, Daniel had a smile on his face and greeted me with firm handshake ready to work.

After quickly diagnosing the problem, we were left with a decision. Throw parts at the old unit OR install an affordable new unit that will take care of us for years to come.

Without pressure, Daniel laid out the facts and let us decide.

For me, the decision was easy even though the financial burden is unexpected…

If Dilling takes care of their Customers by sending their Best Techs to after hrs service calls, then I will rest easy knowing that our looming purchase of a new unit will be backed by impeccable Service.
